Procedure for admission in B.E.- Students are admitted on the basis of their performance in PEPT through distributive on line counseling conducted by RGPV, Bhopal.
The library
GRKIST has well furnished spacious & computerized library consisting 19000 books, National & International Journals. Besides the books of curriculum, the library has huge collection of Books on Aptitude, competitive exams, personality development, inspirational books from leading authors. Apart from these, each department has its own departmental library with rich collection of Reference books & Projects.
Scholarship & Loans
The institute provides assistance to SC, ST, OBC & Minority students in procuring scholarship as per Govt. Norms. Institute also provide assistance to weaker section in procuring loans from financial institutions.
Hostel
The hostel is situated in Campus with Hygienic mess, Fully furnished rooms, recreation centre, water coolers & geysers for students comfort.

Tutor Guardian Scheme
To monitor the progress of each student, faculty members of various departments periodically organize meeting with students to solve there grievances. Parents are also informed regarding these activities.
Lateral Entry Admissions
Diploma holders & B.Sc students are eligible for admission to the second year of four year BE degree course.
Fees Structure
The fees payable is as per directives of Admission & Fee regulatory Committee
(AFRC), Directorate of Technical Education, (M.P.) & RGPV, Bhopal. Rs 47,500/- (Yearly) as tution fees Bus Fees Rs 7,000/- (Yearly)
Ragging is a punishable offense. Students are warned to refrain from it.
